Collective leadership is both what we do and who we are. At Mira Education, collective leadership is how we work and how we support our partners. We bring together the expertise of our staff, consultants, and board to design, implement, and sustain strategies that strengthen schools, districts, and systems.

By modeling connection, co-ownership, and collaboration internally, we live the practices we teach and then share the lessons we learn to help educators and leaders across P20 systems drive meaningful, lasting impact.
